George H. Albers

George Albers believes law is a service business and wants to make happy clients. He lives by one motto:

Great Settlements – Happy Clients

George Albers is more than just a lawyer; he’s a man of the people, with a personal story that resonates with the struggles many face. His philosophy is simple: deliver outstanding results and ensure client satisfaction. This approach stems from his belief that law is a service business, and success is measured by the happiness of his clients.

Raised in St. Louis, Missouri, George learned the value of hard work early on. Tragedy struck when George was just 15, with the untimely passing of his mother. This pivotal moment brought home the reality of sudden loss, shaping his empathetic approach to those facing similar hardships. George’s journey wasn’t easy; he juggled multiple jobs to support his education, eventually earning a degree with honors from St. Louis University, thanks to his academic achievements and a scholarship.

George’s legal career began auspiciously, with a scholarship to St. Louis University Law School and a top-of-the-class finish. However, he soon realized that his passion lay in helping individuals, not corporations. He made the switch to personal injury law, where his dedication to his clients’ well-being quickly made him a standout in the field. His ability to secure substantial settlements, even in challenging cases, is a testament to his skill and tenacity.

Today, George Albers heads Albers Injury Law, where he continues to champion the rights of the injured. His firm is built on the foundation of personal attention and tailored service. With George, clients can expect nothing less than the full measure of his experience, compassion, and commitment to achieving great settlements, because to him, happy clients are the true measure of success.

Jake Aubuchon

Jake believes a jury decides the value of your case, not the insurance companies.

Making a Positive Difference in Client’s Lives

Jake is the trial lawyer for Albers Injury Law. Born into a working-class family in North St. Louis County, he is a proud graduate of Hazelwood Central High School. His father was a local 513 union operator for over 30 years and Jake is a first-generation college graduate. While in college, he worked as a laborer for a beer delivery company and as a bartender to pay the bills.

While in law school at Saint Louis University, Jake interned at the St. Clair State’s
Attorneys Office and the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s office. Once he graduated, he joined the Missouri Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General and prosecuted individuals and corporations for defrauding consumers. He also served on the trial team that prosecuted several major pharmaceutical companies in their role in profiting from the state’s opioid epidemic. After leaving the Attorney General’s office, Jake joined a local non-profit organization
where he sued numerous large out of state corporate landlords who, despite being paid rent, refused to make repairs, and left their tenants living in dangerous and unlivable conditions.

While working for Albers Injury Law, Jake continues to make a positive difference in his client’s lives. Jake’s practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, construction accidents, catastrophic injury, slip & falls, and vehicle and truck accidents. Jake was selected as National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for the state of Illinois. Jake’s favorite thing about the practice of
law is taking cases to trial and winning verdicts on behalf of his clients. Jake prepares every case for trial, only when a settlement offer is fair will he recommend his client accept it. Jake believes a jury decides the value of your case, not the insurance companies.

Outside of the office, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is active in his parish and a commissioner on his town’s planning and zoning commission. He enjoys golfing, trout fishing, NASCAR races with his dad, and Saint Louis Billikens’ Basketball.
